AUDIO LICENSE TERMS

1. License Grant 
   By purchasing one or more sound packs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable, revocable, worldwide license to use the included audio assets for personal and commercial projects, under the following conditions: 
       •    The audio assets must be used as part of a larger creative work (e.g., a video game, film, interactive project, etc.). 

       •    The license is royalty-free, meaning no additional fees or royalties are owed beyond the initial purchase.
2. License Restrictions. 
You may not: 

       •    Publish, distribute, or sell the audio assets as standalone files, whether original or modified (e.g., as part of sound libraries, audio collections, or stock marketplaces). 

       •    Reshare, sublicense, or upload the sounds separately from a larger project. 

       •    Use the audio assets in projects that consist primarily or entirely of the licensed audio, 
without meaningful transformation or creative integration.
3. Ownership and Rights. 
   
All rights, title, and interest in the audio assets remain with the Creator. Purchasing a sound pack does not transfer ownership – it only grants you the usage rights defined above.
4. Legal Information.
   This license is issued by Selective Sounds (www.selective-sounds.com), the rightful owner and creator of the audio content provided. All licensed assets are the intellectual property of the Creator and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
